24 Mar. 2026 Paper on image recognition using Graphene/diamond photomemristors
         in Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. (I. F.= 1.8).
         Presented 2 results in the international and domestic conferences.

18 Mar. 2026 Paper on field plate multifinger diamond FET was published
         in Appl. Phys. Express (I. F.= 2.2).

21 Jan. 2026 Paper on multifinger diamond FET was published in Jpn. J. Appl. Phys.
          (I. F.= 1.8).
         Invited seminar on diamond power devices was performed (21 Jan.)

15 Oct. 2025 Students entered in this September were assigned to our lab.
         Presented 7 results in the international and domestic meetings.
