Development of novel optical devices using diamond/graphene junctions
・Photo-induced large conductivity change in diamond/graphene (C sp3-sp2) junctions
We newly found large conductivity change of diamond/graphene
(C sp3-sp2) junctions by blue-light irradiation, and the conductivity
was maintained (memorized) without light irradiation after
the change(figure below).
We have been developing novel optoelectronic memory devices
using these special properties of graphene/diamond junctions.
